Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prinsy's Tours our clear and reasonable cancellation policy ensures you have peace of mind when you make a booking with us. 

• Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the tour without generating a cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation received within 7 days of the tour will generate a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the tour cost.
• Any cancellation received on day of tour will generate a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the tour cost

Tour Rates

• All rates are based on per person, except our exclusive tours which are per hour.
